prôt is the place to go in the Belgian Quarter for anyone who appreciates good artisan bread. Here, every loaf is baked by hand on the same day by master baker Alex. Quality is the top priority – and you can taste it immediately. The bakery does not open at 7 or 8 in the morning as usual, but only at 10, but the breads are still warm from the oven. prôt deliberately does not use rolls or other baked goods; the centrepiece is entirely the loaf of bread.
