In the Randemar, seeing and being seen is the top priority, it is a trendy place, as you imagine it, with lounge and chill-out bar, directly at the promenade of Port de Sóller, overlooking the majestic Tramuntana mountains. For 20 years now, people have been meeting here for light lunches or sundowner and enjoying all-time favourites such as tapas, salads, pizza and pasta, carpaccio, ceviche and tartar, grilled fish and meat. Especially recommended is the salmon from the oven with papaya chutney and the lambcarré with fine herbs. In short, in Randemar you can’t do anything wrong and here you are certainly best off strolling through Port de Sóller and looking for a place to stop, especially at sunset.
