Because not only the food is special here, but also the landlady – Resi. Resi searches and searches until she has found the right producer from whom she gets her products, in case she does not have the food herself in her garden. And not only that, Resi resides in her office. In the house from 1486 Resi leaves nothing to chance. Everything is furnished true to the original and in the ancient rooms one sleeps on a horsehair mattress. That is what Resi wants. Resi also determines what is served to the guests.
