The Razmataz, behind the Via Etnea, is definitely the most charming wine bar in Catania – shady trees, a nice cobbled square and an excellent selection of wines, most of which come from the slopes of the Aetna. Razmataz is also busy in the early hours of the morning and the Sicilians come by for their first espresso, but the bar only really blossoms when the time has come for an aperitif. In the evening, there is also a small, but fine, traditional menu with antipasti and the typical pasta Norma. And even in winter the Razmataz is a nice address, because also inside the antique cosy touch makes a difference!
