Remi comes from no unknown gastro feathers – because the gastro duo Lode & Stijn are behind it. The new gem is at home on Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, on the ground floor of the Suhrkamp publishing house, and is a place with a wonderfully informal atmosphere. The inspiration of the two Dutchmen Lode van Zuylen and Stijn Remi came from the Grand Cafés in their home country. They wanted to create a place where people can get together for lunch or dinner in an uncomplicated way. And that, in combination with good products, is once again quality minimalism at its best.
