RetroVino is the little brother of the RetrroBottega. RetroBottega has become a permanent culinary institution in Rome in recent years. Behind it are Alessandro Miocchi and Giuseppe Lu Iudice, two colourful dogs of the Roman gastro scene. After RetroPasta, a small manufactory dedicated to the production and sale of homemade pasta, there is RetroVino. The newest piece of the Retro family puzzle is located in Via d’Ascanio. As the name suggests, you go to RetroVino for a good glass of wine. But Italian tapas – aka cold cuts and cheese platters – and other cold delicacies like pastrami are also on the menu. At the weekend or on a Friday, people meet here as early as noon for aperitivo and snacks and enjoy life. Pure dolce vita!
