The Rhyschänzli is not only a very popular restaurant in Basel, but also a whole group of successful restaurants in the city. In the modern and cozy Rhyschänzli restaurant, near the Novartis Campus, beautifully matured beef is presented in a glassed-in refrigerator or classics such as meat loaf, cordon bleu and brasato are served. For vegetarians there are changing menus of the day and at lunchtime simple dishes at reasonable prices are served. Tasteful simplicity is the concept anyway, which is cultivated here and appreciated by the guests.
