The Ristorante Ditirambo is the culinary address for all vegetarians. It is not an exclusively vegetarian restaurant, but a place where excellent food is combined with thoughtfulness, care and a good portion of culinary art. The only problem here is the difficulty in making a decision – ricotta pudding with marinated artichokes, pomegranate and Sicilian sheep’s cheese or grilled octopus on celery cream with olives from Gaeta and liquorice dust? And beware, for the dessert you have to save your appetite in any case. The ricotta ice cream with puff pastry filled with caramel cream and pears marinated in red wine is simply heavenly!
