San Vivot has island specialty on hand, whether to take away or to give, complemented by an extensive wine selection. The specialty is the Sobrasada, spicy, Mallorcan pâté. And of course they have the famous “pata negra” made from black acorn-stuffed pigs and an organic variety, which although a bit dryer, still tastes great. Along with your ham you will find the right cracker from some small island bakery, marmalade, honey, good cheese, cake, and cookies – pretty much any and every Mallorcan foodstuff that has made a name for itself.
