As the name implies, the farm restaurant, which is run according to the sustainable principles of permaculture, exclusively serves organic ingredients, all à la Farm-To-Table and with hippie reggae flair, cockcrow and an idyllic view of the numerous rice fields. Delicious are the fresh salads and juices, but also the raw Thai soup with turmeric, cashew, cucumber and coriander. Sari Organik can be reached by a narrow path ten minutes on foot from Ubud centre, along lush green rice fields and past Balinese houses, small yoga studios, local shops and warungs. If you don’t feel like walking, you can be picked up by a moped.
