The gallery SCAI The Bathhouse is especially well known among avant-garde artists. The location is particularly bizarre, as the gallery is located in a former public bath that looks back on a 200-year tradition. But there is no bathing here anymore. Since 1993, the building has served as a gallery for works of contemporary art. The focus is on radical, young Japanese art. If you are interested in art and artists that have not been seen before, you should definitely stop by and take a tour of discovery. If you have a good hand for up-and-coming artists, you’ll soon notice that there’s a lot of potential hanging on the walls here. But there is also something for old hands, like the permanent installation by Anish Kapoor.
