It’s unbelievable, but at the tables outside, „Schmalznudeln“, fried and sugared pancakes, are served for 80 cent a piece, and that is right next to the Viktualien Market. Probably the cheapest breakfast in Munich. It might be a littler too touristy, but it’s still an institution, nicely off-key, and the Schmalznudeln are sweet and delicious.
