The Red Wall is a complete complex with many houses. In the middle of all the buildings is the old wooden schoolhouse. This used to be a real school and since recently it has been converted into a snack bar. Here you get exactly what the name promises: regional farmer’s cuisine, from farm yoghurt to goulash and bread dumplings. The Chefstable is also on the first floor. And you can – by appointment – enjoy a 12 to 15-course menu from cooking to dinner together with chef Manuel Grabner. You sit directly at the open cooking place and can observe everything wonderfully.
