Octopus wrapped in wafer-thin dough with sesame seeds on a lime dressing, nigri with flambéed salmon, otoro or buttery mackerel, deep-fried oysters, Wagyu as one could only dream of, or Japanese aubergine refined with ginger and spring onions. A culinary feast and a plane ticket to Japan becomes almost superfluous!
