Located downtown, the Søerne (lakes) are Copenhagen’s most popular destination for joggers. The three lakes form a shallow arc around the city, between the districts of Vesterbro and Østerbro. A jog around all three is 6.3 km long. For walkers and joggers alike, the Søerne are a stunning urban combination of water and green. On warm days boats are available for rent, and the view can also be enjoyed from a bench on the shore.
