When you look at the plates here, you quickly realise that the Sorrel team conjures up anything but average dishes. In short, tried-and-tested classics are interpreted in a modern way here. Be it the Japanese schnitzel roll, croque madame, oysters, cardamom snails or chamomile custard with strawberry-rhubarb compote.
