Le Bar du Sube has been the place to be in Saint-Tropez for years. Only with luck is it possible to find a free table here, but if you do, you’ll have a fabulous view, some say the best harbour view in town, and in the best case, one of the delicious cocktails in your hand. If you can’t get a seat at sundowner time, come for breakfast at Bar du Sube. They serve a classic French breakfast, as you would expect, and it’s also lovely to sit here in the morning and watch the hustle and bustle of the harbour.
