The Sueste fish restaurant is already in the third generation of family ownership and much has not changed since the first day here and that is a good thing. Because Sueste is known for its simple but delicious fresh fish dishes. A bit of salt, a bit of olive oil, a bit of lemon – Sueste’s fish doesn’t need much more than that. By the way, the locals swear by the feijoada de búzios, a bean stew with rice and mussels. In short, no matter what you order, the Henriques family simply knows how to do it. And anyway, the little village of Ferragudo, home of Sueste, is a wonderful escape to overcrowded Lagos.
