Supernova is the new kid in town! And this at one of the best hotspots in town: Adalbert and Türkenstraße, in the heart of Maxvorstadt. There’s always something going on here and it sprays with dolve vita. The interior couldn’t be hipper with velvet sofas and woven carpets and makes you think you’ve landed in London, Paris or New York. The guys from Supernova have created the perfect blend between casual and elegant. They serve cocktails all day long and an incredibly fancy breakfast in the morning – from lemon pancakes to Adriano avocado on Julius Bratner farmhouse bread. At lunchtime and in the evening, antipasti, pasta and crispy pinsa made from dough that has been risen for 72 hours are tempting. Italo at its best.
