A total of five wineries belong to the Tasca d’Almerita, including the Tenuta Tascante at the foot of Mount Etna and the Tenuta Regaleali in the heart of Sicily. Each winery has its own history, which is nurtured and cared for. Sustainability is not a trend here, but tradition: the Tasca d’Almerita has been family-owned for eight generations, and the certainty of preserving ecosystems is passed on from generation to generation. This also includes treating the environment with respect and living consciously with the seasons. The Tasca d’Almerita’s grape harvest lasts from mid-August to the beginning of November, which is unusually long. This is due to the distribution of the vineyards all over the island. All wine lovers should definitely stop by here for a tasting.
