In the middle of the Tuscia hills, the Milanese has transformed an old manor house into a charming farmhouse that has more heart than many a five-star hotel. It smells of herbs from the garden, food is served at long tables or at picnics in the olive grove, cooking is done with Giancarlo Morelli or by Beatrice herself.
