In Terra Madre is the perfect balance after a rumbling visit by Alberobello. Here you really sit in the middle of the vegetable patch and you can taste all the vegetables of Puglia in the form of a “Verdure tasting menu”. The interior is beautifully simple and everything is served on the old classic tableware of the region. The owners could be a little more turned towards the guests. There is a pure vegetable menu, with or without pasta, the price is around 25 €. The place is situated above the Basilica Santuario Parrocchia Santi and is also possible by car without a direct visit to Alberobello. You can still take your own product line of different vegetables with you.
