Before Luke Dale-Roberts opened the Potluck Club, he made a name for himself with his restaurant Test Kitchen and was voted among the 50 best restaurants. The Test Kitchen, like the Potluck Club, is located on the Old Biskuit Mill grounds. The cuisine is also Asian-South African inspired, but instead of many small dishes, a changing five or six-course menu is served.
