Food Barn looks like a small village where you can eat, shop, live and do handicrafts. Small white cottages that house a hotel, bakery, deli, spa and wellness area, African arts and crafts shops and several restaurants stretch across the large, lush green meadows of Noordhoek Farm Village. The centrepiece is the restaurant of French chef Franck Dangereux, who cooks here at the highest level, but in a relaxed and family-friendly environment. In addition to a fixed tasting menu, you can also eat à la carte and choose between delicacies such as ravioli with beetroot and ricotta or ostrich tartare with rucola pesto and porcini ketchup.
