Star chef Tim Raue finally fulfilled his dream of running his very own restaurant. The courses on the menu change frequently, but one can also order à la Carte. Among the highlights is the so called “KRUG table”: a massive oak wood table for ten people, at which guests can enjoy individually created dishes accompanied by KRUG champagne. As the vitrified kitchen is close, one has a perfect view on the skilfully working chefs. The classic gallery lighting creates a warm ambience when eating. Tip: the lunch menu offers star cuisine without the big price tag.
