We admit it, the Befana, the witch, at the entrance looks like the worst Touri trap, but when you enter the small hidden trattoria, you are immediately delighted by the loving details and authenticity. Because especially in Ostuni, where more and more the new white sleeken restaurants are selling the old classics, we are grateful for a local menu with classics like Fave e Cicorie and Orecchiette with Cime di Rape, the bitter vegetable from Apulia. The service crew is casual and friendly. But the best thing is the small hidden courtyard, right through the back of the courtyard.
