Untouched! Pure, simple, Tuscan cuisine, tiled white walls, photos and post cards from friends from around the world, an age-old marble bar and staff who always seem to be happy. At the end you will leave the “Sostanza” with a belly full of home-made “tortelli con ragu”, in the hope that such places will always remain. Booking recommended!
