Trio, founded by three friends, is a restaurant, bar and café at the same time and one of the hot spots in the heart of the Kleinbasel district. The locals who stop here know what they are going to order for dinner even before they look at the menu: the well-known Wiener Schnitzel with nut salad, warm potato salad, and cranberries. It is thinly flat-headed, corrugated just right and crumbs are used instead of breadcrumbs. Just as it has to be. If you’re not hungry – that’s no problem either, because in the trio it’s also great to sink at the bar.
