In the shop window of the small cafe shop in Ubuds centre the big green coconuts pile up. Every morning new nuts are delivered and lovingly crafted by Balinese women into snow-white, creamy ice cream, roasted coconut chips, coconut butter, palm honey and other sweet snacks. We love such food concepts, which only revolve around one product, like the coconut in toukies!
