U Zlatého tygra, “the golden tiger” is a classic amongst Prague’s beer pubs in the old part of town. Until his death in 1997, Bohumil Hrabal, the king of Czech prose, came here every day at exactly 3 pm. He always sat at the exact same table looking towards the bar, wrote and met with important personalities like Bill Clinton. It is definitely worth to getting hold of a table and enjoying this special atmosphere.
