The iconic food trucks in the USA have already been around for a little while. One of New York’s most famous food trucks is the vanilla coloured truck from Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, which can be found on Green Street in SoHo. The ice cream with its rich flavour and solely natural ingredients, regional milk and biological eggs can be enjoyed in many flavours such as vanilla, ginger, coffee and pistachio (Smart Travelling’s fav).
