Violeta Boutique Hotel

Violeta calls itself a hostel, though it has nothing to do at all with simple mass accommodation. Located close to Las Ramblas in a building from the 19th century it offers eight singles, doubles and dorms, which are all furnished individually and lovingly. White varnished cascade walls meet bright blue curtains, graphic murals and modern design combined with antiquities like fluorescent pink rococo stools. The rooms are flooded with light and some even have a French balcony. You can sit cosily in the lobby or on the wooden terrace. If you like they serve you breakfast and in the reception you can get mini bar drinks.
