A hike through the West Coast National Park should not be missing on the Western Cape Tour. On the coastal side of the park, the turquoise blue lagoon glitters, with gentle, dark green dunes in front of it. Inland there is a reed and marsh landscape with low vegetation, which is home to over 250 different bird species. And with luck you can also spot kudus, antelopes, rams, zebras, springboks and wildebeests. There are two entrances to the park: in Langebaan and coming from the south, there is an access road from the R27 to the park.
