ZUMA is the youngest and perhaps trendiest baby of Kitzbühel. More precisely, ZUMA is one of the most exquisite Japanese restaurants in the world’s metropolises. After branches in London, New York, Miami and Dubai, it is now Kitzbühel’s turn. In the basement of the hotel “Weißes Rössl” you can now enjoy Japanese specialities. The ZUMA kitchen essentially consists of three different components: the main kitchen with a selection of contemporary dishes, the sushi bar and the Robata grill. However, you have to book well in advance to enjoy the Japanese fine dining concept.
