Das Flash Flash gibt es schon seit den 70er Jahren. Es ist ein „iconic place“. Die runden Fenster, die auf Wände gemalten, lebensgroß fotografierten Frauen machen jeden Fan dieser Zeit ganz glücklich. Innen geht es spacig weiter: weiße Bänke, original und authentisch. Das Publikum ist sehr gemischt, auch ältere Generationen, die mit dem Flash Flash groß geworden sind, halten ihm bei einer Tortilla – die Spezialität des Hauses – die Treue. Keinen Trip nach Barcelona ohne ein Lunch im Flash Flash. Es gibt auch sehr gute klassische Desserts, wie eine Creme Catalan.
