Wer einmal auf der Tenuta Bertarello war, versteht sofort, warum Beatrice Peruzzi sich hier ihren Lebenstraum erfüllt hat. Inmitten der Hügel von Tuscia hat die Mailänderin ein altes Gutshaus in ein charmantes Farmhouse verwandelt, das mehr Herz hat als so manches Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Es duftet nach Kräutern aus dem Garten, gegessen wird an langen Tischen oder beim Picknick im Olivenhain, gekocht wird mit Giancarlo Morelli oder von Beatrice selbst. Ein Ort, der mehr ist als Urlaub: eine Rückkehr zum Wesentlichen – stilvoll, echt, italienisch.
