Bergdorf Priesteregg

Renate and Huwi, the owners of the Priestegg, are a power couple who have created something unique here with personality and passion. The Priestegg is a small mountain world in itself. On a high plateau below the Leoganger Steinberge, 15 newly built chalets have been merged to form a unique mountain village. In these chalets they have realized all dreams of romantic huts down to the smallest detail – without renouncing the blessings of modernity. Here the traditional wooden hut construction dominates as one wishes, really cosy, but with the matching twist of a state-of-the-art equipment with sauna, hotpot and underfloor heating, which is not really visible. The open bathtub in the central living room reveals much about the philosophy Renate and Huwi share: For a few days you can immerse yourself in a completely different world and relax and get out. On the “village square” once a week a common bread or Kaiserschmarren baking takes place – otherwise you don’t get much from the “neighbours”. Everyone wants to relax with their loved ones in this beautiful nature with a phenomenal view of the valley. Below the village there is a very nice cosy restaurant with a traditional cuisine, from the local something with a conscience.
