Chiemgauhof Farmhouse

Through the Chiemgauhof, we got to know and appreciate the former owners and hosts. Sabine and Christof took the next step: they sold the Chiemgauhof and transformed a farmhouse dating from 1604 into Farmhouse 1604, featuring four spacious apartments. Old beams, thick walls and plenty of wood provide the framework; inside, there are bright, airy rooms and kitchens that you actually use. The interior has been deliberately chosen for its patina and history; everything has been selected with great care. Galloway cattle graze right outside the front door; in the mornings, mist lies over the meadows; in the evenings, it quickly becomes quiet. The lake is a ten-minute walk away, and cattle drives, small tobogganing hills and easy hut trails start right by the house. An outdoor pool, a sauna, a yoga studio and a massage area – nothing is missing for a few relaxing days in the heart of beautiful Chiemgau.
