Le Tilleul is a nice alternative if you don’t have a reservation at Colombe d’Or or spontaneously can’t get a seat. Sitting on the secluded terrace in the heart of Saint Paul de Vence, you can enjoy a glass of rosé and delicious salad with local goat’s cheese or Provençal lasagne while enjoying the unobstructed panoramic view of the surroundings and the mountains. There are a few rooms for rent and a personally curated family store.
