This superb restaurant situated directly on the canal, with its genuine ambience is much loved with the Venician locals. The cuisine is exclusive; duck and pheasant are prepared using recipes from the 15th and 16th century. The wine selection is brilliant, and they make the best “baccalá mantecato” in town.
