The amazing setting in an historic castle, together with the pretty gardens and an incredible view over the city, are sure to make an impression on any visitor to the Torre di Bellosguardo. All rooms and public spaces have been minimally restored, and furnished with antiques in a classical, measured fashion. The interiors could benefit from a little more light, and the breakfast has a long way to go to merit its hefty price tag, but the winter lemon garden, panoramic swimming pool and overall ambience of repose make a stay at Bellosguardo a memorable and revitalizing accompaniment to Florence.
