4850 is a mecca for frahling lovers by day and wine lovers by night. 4850 is located in Amsterdam Oost and serves coffee specialities by La Cabra from Copenhagen and delicious cinnamon and cardamom rolls by day. In the evening, 4850 transforms into a casual fine-dining restaurant in Asian-Nordic style. Tartelette of smoked asparagus with salmon eggs, Zealand oysters on cooked aubergine or trout with poached green strawberry. Guests can choose from a 7-course menu every evening. However, a la carte is available on request. Not to be forgotten is the super selection of natural wines. After all, owner Daniel Schein is also a sommelier and an expert in the field.
