Only then is it opened and you dive into a world of style and harmonious architecture – exactly what all people who like to eat well probably like. Chef Accursio is no stranger to anyone, to be precise he is one of the Number 1 chefs on the island, if not all of Italy. With his heart and soul he serves creative and yet very regional dishes, such as Spremuta di Sicilia, which consists of lunguine with an emulsion of candied oranges, anchovies, bottom, wild fennel, olive oil and roasted breadcrumbs and simply tastes heavenly. And then there’s the sea urchin roe ice cream with melon salad, the maximum concentrated tomato sauce, the tuna burger and so on.
