Adam/Albin is one of the best addresses in the city. No wonder, already after the first bite it is clear that two talented chefs are at work here – Adam and Albin. They learned their trade from Sweden’s foodie pioneer Mathias Dahlgren. Above all, gourmet lovers should not miss the 5-course menu. The dishes are inspired by influences from all over the world, but are based on the Swedish gastronomic heritage – a certain simplicity. But it is not only the food that is worth talking about, the unmistakably local atmosphere is also worth talking about, which is anything but a classic gourmet temple. The nicest place to sit is at the high table in the middle, from here you can watch the kitchen brigade cooking. The five-course menu costs 85 €.
