Alfredo’s is famous for its fettuccine: very fine with a creamy and unforgettable sauce. The interior is also unusual in Rome: the large rooms with high ceilings and the black framed photographs of the many prominent guests who have enjoyed Alfredo’s fettuccine. The restaurant is in the arcades, which were built in the 1940’s and resemble the architecture of the EUR quarter built by Mussolini.
