Alpe Schneidberg

The Alpe Schneidberg above Wiedemannsdorf is situated on the hiking trails to Ratholz – idyllically situated above the Constance valley at 850 metres above sea level – and is managed in a traditional agricultural style by the Schmeiser family. In addition to a good cup of coffee or a hearty Allgäuer Brotzeit, you can also take home a piece of nature in many products such as ham and meat from their own breeding. You can reach the rustic Schneidberg alpine pasture best on the hiking trails from Immenstadt to Wiedemannsdorf, or from the Salmaser Höhe via the Thaler Höhe to Wiedemannsdorf.
