The successful concept comes from Rosenheim and looks like a German version of the Belgian “Pain Quotidien” – without looking like a copy. They sell good sourdough bread like a bakery, but also sandwiches, healthy snacks, and good juices and coffee. A perfect place for a quick and healthy breakfast, a take away or right away lunch. There are benches to sit down, but it’s rather a coffee shop than a café.
