The Butz bakery still bakes with deep passion, good craftsmanship and reliability. The Bio-Bäckerei Butz is still one of the few remaining craft bakeries in the district of Miesbach, where all kinds of delicacies are conjured up fresh every day with regional ingredients. Above all the pretzels have it in themselves, there even a detour from Munich to Bayrischzell is worthwhile itself. But also the Zwetschgendatschi, Krapfen, cakes and Semmel, which are known beyond the town limits, are a poem. In summer there is also vegan ice cream and in winter, of course, cookies and stollen.
