Christian Puglisi, awarded a Michelin star, has brought a piece of bella italia to Copenhagen. Normally an Italian would never visit an Italian restaurant outside Italy’s borders, but at Bæst even he would make an exception. The fresh pizza coming out of the wood-burning oven has to be tasted and the mozzarella, which is produced in the in-house dairy, should be tasted as a starter. Bæst is the right place for those who have a bit of a longing for Mediterranean flair and dolce vita.
