The makers of Bakers & Roasters have understood that a certain nonchalance can be combined with quality: Cool furnishings in a mix of old and modern elements, a relaxed team and a menu with favourite dishes of modern normades.
The basic idea comes from a New Zealander and a Brazilian. They wanted to combine what they miss in most cafés: Home cooking, your favourite street food and the best coffee. This quickly resulted in a concept that was immediately loved by everyone, so that a second branch was quickly created.
There’s so much of what we love on the menu that we don’t even know where to start: Breakfast, weekend brunch, unusual salads and sandwiches, and just the cakes you love, as well as coffee in all variations. Of course Matcha tea and juices are not missing either.
The open kitchen, where everything is freshly prepared, the incredibly friendly atmosphere and the whole flair make you feel like on holiday.
